Order Procedure

Browse each section and make your selections.

• Click on the item you wish to purchase and select the quantity you want and then “add to cart”
• Click on “continue shopping” if you wish to continue.
• Once you have selected your items, simply go to “check out” to process and pay.
• Orders under $100 will have a $15 delivery surcharge.
• Orders received by 12:00 (midnight) on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday and orders received by midnight Thursday will be delivered on Saturday. Orders received after midnight Thursday will be processed and delivered the following Thursday.

Payment Notes
Redgum has partnered with PayPal to facilitate your payment. This allows you to pay with a PayPal account if you have one, or a credit card. Cash payments are an option. Kindly ensure you have the exact amount to pay upon delivery!

After all details have been filled in and confirmed, select "submit" to proceed with the transaction.

Acknowledgement of Purchase
When the online order has been completed, you will receive an order acknowledgement on your screen, as well as an email notification.

How do I know if my browser is secure?
Netscape 4.06 and above or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above supports 128-bit SSL. Your browser will automatically enter the secure mode when you enter your personal information or credit card information for purchase at Redgum.

In Netscape browsers, a key icon appears at the lower left-hand corner to indicate secure mode. Data sent between your browser and the website is secure. If the key icon displayed is broken, the data is being sent unencrypted.
